TICKETS?
Tickets are provided by CM & will be scanned at the event entrance. Experiencing issues or can't you find your ticket? Please check your spam-box or visit the CM support page via the following button:
MUSIC?
It depends on the event that you're attending. Themed events are different from our artist-based events, so please read the event details carefully for proper expectations.

DRESSCODE?
Every gathering has its own strict dress-code. Please make sure to follow the guidelines described in the event details. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry. In need for inspiration? Please visit our socials.

PHOTO'S?
We cannot guarantee that a photo of you will be published. We usually publish photos that are photographically of high quality & in line with the artistic direction of the event. Sometimes we don't publish any at all.

LOCKERS?
Lockers are available (two regular jackets will fit in a locker) during our events. Forgot to empty your locker? please contact the locker provider Eventsafe.

FOOD?
There will be no food served at our events, unless mentioned in the event info or final mail (all ticket buyers receive​ shortly before the event).

REFUND POLICY?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for other event dates. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. To remain fair to everybody who requests a refund, our policy applies to all circumstances, without exception.

LOST & FOUND?
We do not take lost items with us. No exceptions. Please contact the venue directly or locker provider Eventsafe.

DO YOU SOMETIMES GET IT WRONG?
Yes of course we do. We are humans too. And when we get it wrong, we try to learn, fix it and make a commitment not to get it wrong again.
